Chapter 4-Elvish Oath.

--I want you to be the savior of this country.

　I couldn't believe my ears when I heard those words.

　I had nothing to offer, and I couldn't imagine myself becoming such a person.

　So I could only give Liliana a vague answer. She seemed to understand that this would happen, and I was given a few days' grace, but it would surely not be enough.

　I kept thinking about this as I sat in my room at the inn, staring out the window.

"Why me?"(Cleo)

　Aruna also said.

　He seems to say that I have a more flexible way of thinking, though. Still, it is clear that he is trying to take me away.

　The only one left behind in this trend is me.

　I couldn't hide my surprise at the assessment of the people around me.

　I softly denied it, but he shook his head from side to side and continued.

"Keane ......?"(Cleo)

　When he says that much, the young man stands up unexpectedly.

　And then--.

"Hey, hey! Keane, what are you doing?"(Cleo)

　It surprised me so much so that I forgot the time of day and raised my voice.

　Because that's what happens to anyone when someone gets down on one knee in front of you. Keane, who bent down and hung his head in a reverent manner, said calmly, in direct contrast to my panicked reaction.

"Cleo. You are definitely my ideal person. I am sure that you are a person worthy of respect and affection."(Keane)

　Keane smiled as he turned his head.

"Please remember who you are, and have confidence in yourself. Save this country."(Keane)
