Kanade, submerged up to her shoulders in the bath, quivered her tail. Then, with a blissful expression, she relaxed her entire body.

The group had been traveling for a week since leaving Krios, aiming for Kagune. During this time, they had camped out for five days and spent two nights at inns in small towns or villages along the road.

"Um, how should I put this? I feel like I could trust Rain to Chiffon... This might sound condescending, but that's not my intention. I just think that no matter what happens, I wouldn't regret it if it were Chiffon."
