I wanted to enjoy a slow life while exploring the territory with a secret gift [craft skill], but I was intentionally banished to the frontier by pretending to be incompetent.

Volume 1-   New lord of a solitary island

Chapter 1- Let's be banished as planned!

(TL:By GUST)

"Kieda, can't you see the island shadow yet?"

"I forecasted from the stars in the sky,  we will arrive in about half a day."

"there is  still half a day left ... I want to stand on  the ground that doesn't shake as soon as I can ..."

 My name is Rest Kaiel.

Until about half a month ago, I was the heir to the Dyne family, a senior aristocrat in this enhanced kingdom.

"Rest. I Deprive you of your status as a successor and the name of the Dyne family !!"

That day, when I was called to the study, my father suddenly told me so.

 Suddenly, I rushed in, "Why?"

However, when my dad turned his cold eyes toward me, he replied, "I concluded that you are not capable of succeeding the Dyne family." I stopped asking.

 But I knew.

Behind the scenes, the strategy of the stepmother who was trying to succeed Bergs, who is my half-brother instead of me.

When I turn my back on my father, I leave the study silently.

In the eyes of the attendants passing by in the corridor, I must have seemed to be full of sorrow.

But I feel like dancing with joy but I refrain from  doing so until I entered my room and closed the door.

"I did it !! I'm free now !!!"

I exploded my joy while hiding it from outside the room.

My stepmother would have intended to drag me down from the position of the next master by her own power, but in reality, I was using it instead.

Because I didn't want to take over this Dyne family.

Customs and rituals of elevated aristocratic societies.

 Various affairs and obligations.

And those who try to harness the power of senior aristocrats.

Even though I could get great power, I was already tired of the things that were imposed for the so-called great powers.

"In the first place, Bergs is more suitable for the next heir than I am."

Unlike me, who always wants to escape, my brother is excellent and serious. He not only has kindness but also rigour.

Even if my stepmother didn't turn her hand behind the scenes, the people around me would naturally push my younger brother to be the next head of the family.

"Well, thanks to that, I was able to get my freedom easily."

While sitting on the bed, I think my future plans in my head.

As far as I've investigated, those who have been banished from senior aristocrats cannot be ruled out.

It is said that he will be given a place far from the royal capital and an appropriate title, and will be given enough funds to live normally for the rest of his life.

"From now on, I don't have to be educated for becoming a  senior aristocrats, and I can live freely there."

I have a secret gift that I haven't even told my family and friends.

 Very few know it.

Only those who I truly trust.

With that gift and some money, I shouldn't have a hard time being banished to any countryside.

I believed that I could live leisurely in the lonely frontier of the kingdom.

But at what point I realized later that I was overly lenient about my stepmother.

That woman must have hated me so much.

No, maybe she was more vigilant than I thought as my brother's political enemy.

So it seems that she couldn't be relieved just by expelling myself to a remote area.

When I saw the letter given a few days later, I forgot to act and shouted.

"How did this happen!!!"

It wasn't the laid-back life in the countryside that was sentenced by the resignation--

It was a survival life on a huge island at the southern end of the vast map of the kingdom.

This is an  story about an exiled young man  former heir of a great Nobel house who voluntary let himself be banished and was sent to a solitary island but using his gifts to help various people and races . He eventually create a new kingdom.
