Chapter 3-History repeats itself.

(TL: Just my opinion but I disagree with the title because there is always a first time.)

--A long time ago.

　

　In this world, there was an existence called the Demon Lord.

　

　He was at odds with humans, manipulating demons, and an all-out war broke out. However, the conflict was brought to an end by the hand of one hero.

　

　It is a story that everyone knows.

　

　What Aruna told us was something that was never told on the stage.

　

　It was the fact that there was an existence on the human side that had turned to the Demon King's side.

"So, the Ledin family is the descendant of traitors?"(Cleo)

"Oh, yes. Some of the Ledin family, who were a knightly family along with the Clefus family, were passing information to the Demon King's side at that time. It's not much big of a deal, though."(Aruna)

"It's not a big deal,  I see. ......"(Cleo)

　

　I was a little confident about my historiography, but this was a fact I didn't know.

　

　Probably Aruna knows this because of his name in Clefus. It was a memory that had been kept secret and forgotten even by those who were close to the royal family.

　

　And that was the root of the disaster for the Clefus and Ledin families.

"The Ledin family was supposed to be destroyed and  become fallen. I'm sure there's a reason why they're still going strong, but I don't know that much about it."(Aruna)

　

　Aruna took a deep breath, and then spoke.

"But I can tell you one thing for sure: the Ledin family is--"(Aruna)

　

　With a furrowed brow.

"-- about to make the same mistake they made back then."(Aruna)

　Cladio was alone in a dimly lit room, sitting on a chair and looking out the window.

　

　With a small smile on his face, he said, 

"Soon, we will purge those who have wronged and despised us."(Cladio)

"Oh, that's a very bad smile."(??)

"Oh, it's you."(Cladio)

　

　But just then, someone interrupted him.

　

　When Cladio turned around, there was a woman who had done something to Elio. She was wearing a mask, and the only thing that could be seen was her seductive mouth.

　

(TL: something like this?)

　She smiled at him and said,

 "Do you really want to use your own daughter to get revenge?"(??)

".................."(Cladio)

　

　Cladio fell silent.

　

　After a few moments of silence, he looked out of the window again.

"It's none of your business, is it? After all--"(Cladio)

　

　And then, as if scorning the other party.

"You are a demon."(Cladio)

　

　It was a sarcastic remark.

　

　But for some reason, the woman who received it smiled happily.

　Cladio expressed his displeasure at her reaction, but she continued to laugh. Such an eerie time was flowing in the quiet room.

TL Note- Hosnestly, I was myself expecting this all to be just some kind of war between two houses but this thing was deep. We have our  first demon and the best things it's a woman...
